click on the little search button in the upper right and search in the Corolla Forum for "Stafford" and yuo should find Mike Staffords old thread here. There is also a huge thread over at www.VVTI.net somehere on this. Someone from over there is using his '03 Rolla for a test subject I think.
That being said, I think the kits are for 7th gen Celica GTs, Matrixes, and 2003+ Corollas only.

These pictures will explain all. The pic in a earlier post I is from here. Does anyone know if the intercooler piping will still allow space to use the stock bumper. Or will you have to get any aftermarket bumper and cut holes in it?

From the picture it doesn't look like there should be clearance issues. Usually Turbo "kits" are designed to bolt up with no other modifications.
