Does anyone know where to get a header for my 4af besides paceshitter? I've seen some on ebay, but I don't know which one will fit. Someone please lead me in the right direction. Thanks

i believe the ones from a 7a-fe will fit as well, but you'll have to change your O2 sensor style and the 7a is a tad taller, so you may need to go to a muffler shop and have them fab something up quickly so that it'll connect

It wont, 4A-F and the 2nd Gen 4A-FE 7A-FE have a different head. 1st gen 4A-FE was the same as 4A-F so, not much stuff there.
exact ones that I have.. they are good.. I don't know if they are pacesetter or not.. unfortunately it's either pacesetter.. or hopefully this is just some generic brand.. either way i'd take generic over pacesetter!
As far as I know, the AE92 was the last to have the 1st gen 4A-F(E). But you could swap the whole head, I think.. not sure how the oil/coolant passages are, but as far as I could tell you could
Well if the engine itself is in good condition, swapping in a whole engine that you dont know how its driven isnt that wise. I mean you might have to overhaul it and depending on the condition it can be expensive, besides you could get just the head from some parts dealerships. Throw on the 4A-FE 2nd gen head, some ITB's and poof, you got a nasty engine... then again I didnt go that route
