Question 2004 Electric problems?

Don't know if this are electrical issues or not but interior light seem to dim & brighten when I accelerate & decelerate. The also do the same when I turn on my rear defrost and A/C.

I have never seen that before on other cars, is this normal on a Toyota?

Thanks in advance

The same thing happens to my 04 when I hit the limit on my windows but thats it. I need a more powerful alternator, that might be the fix, but not worth it. I'll deal.

I don't think its the alternator now that I've thought about it I think It's the capability of the electronics and the power they have, the more powerful the electronic the more draw It's gonna have. The windows on my rolla were frozen shut last night but that motor pulled them right down.
