yes...upon the first and last shipment of these japanese bumpers, toyota workers deemed the bumper to be unsafe since it didnt meet canadian safety standards. they will not allow anymore selling of these parts-BUT there is hope.
maybe u can inform them that this bumper is for a car that is not for road use....and is merely for track...show them some sort of evidence and talk to the parts manager...maybe he can do something
