Hey I was wondering besides me taking a pic and posting it here for you guys to look at and telling me is there any other way I can know the engine

and its hp, torque, etc

There should be a tag somewhere giving out the engine type.

umm...what kind of corolla do you have? that would help

also year..etc If it's a late 80s early 90s sedan then you probably have a 4af.

it should have a factory badge near the firewall. it should be there! and also, you can check the VIN number coz most of the time the chassis code is in the VIN number, but i'm not 100% sure about that one.

or you could just look at the vacuum diagram on the underside of the hood :p

oh, yeah i forgot that sticker under the hood....
