I'm pretty sure it is powered by a 3sgte motor not the 4age
hate to break it to you but they don't race them anymore and it is sort of hard for a 1.6 liter to run 300hp for a whole day of racing.

and i have read the rules a bunch of times the motor must come turbo, if not it will have to run naturally aspirated thats why the Nsx's are non turbo

Actually.. The SuperStreet article says its a 1991 Hi-comp 4AGE.. and I think there's a picture of the engine.. I'll have to check.

Just curious, when did they stop racing with the formula atlantic 4age engine?

The engine is actually a 503e. 2.1 litres 4 cylinder turbo slightly based on the 3s-gte. Same engine used in Pikes Peak race.
