90 Corolla: Side Mirror Installation

I am in the process of replacing my drivers side exterior mirror and I was wondering if any one has suggestions or schematics on how to install one. I would greatlyappreciate it.

I was actually looking for power mirrors for a while, but then i realized that they're not worth the hassle since it's just me driving the car. No one else changes the mirror positions..
