Question suspension Q's

i heard that some guys are putting camaro shocks on their AE86. is it true? what year camaro are they from? and is it shorter from the original one? thanks!

shane told me that ae86 can use camaro shocks for one and and sw20 for the other end if i recall correctly.
this was for tokico illuminas b/c they dont make illuminas for the 86...or something

..so it's the camaro shocks for the front and mr2's for the back. are they short stroke?

shaun, do you know if it maybe too stiff for my car? i'm trying to get some options coz i might have to replace my shocks before summer. right now the original 86 shocks are perfect for me in the front but i'm trying to get a good but not so expensive shocks in the back. i have trd's in the back but it's gone and i need to replace them. need help and some positive opinions would be good too thanks!
