just a quick Q

im new to this site because of the fact that i recently bought a nice ae92 after my 6GC celica was declared totalled. i cant seem to find any exhaust systems for an ae92, but there are quite a few for ae86's. i was wondering if an ae86 system would fit, but i doubt it. sorry if there has already been a thread about this but thanks.

no...... there is a pacesetter exhaust that fits.... you can usually find it on ebay.... but in all honesty, the best way is to get a universal muffler and have a shop make you a cat back... it's usually the cheapest and gives you exactly what YOU want

IMO, pacesetter is shit.. their stuff will rust faster than anything else out there. get yourself a custom made exhaust.

Nicholasr5... try to get a reputable muffler shop to make you a custom pipe with the size you want and just add the universal exhaust, just like the guys are suggesting. it would be cheaper too.

1) sell the AE92 FWD POS
2) lump your money together and add another 2 or 3 grand to it
3) search for an AE86 RWD POS
4) get new muffler

sound like a plan?

Stay away from pacesetter.. truly..
Check out the auctions on eBay.. specificly from this guy

SJCFIRE

I got the headers for my ae92 from him.. they are nice and I don't think they are pacesetter.. as they haven't rusted or cracked yet! lol.. but mine came with the downpipe and flex pipe already installed.. and it's all chromed out.

Btw, what engine is in your ae92?
