Isn't there a fuse for OD... grrr.. I can't remember.. we had the same problem on our old 84 LE van.. but ours was the button.. maybe the button you picked up was faulty too.

I got a new OBX knob.. why would it make the light go on/off but the tranny not go into OD? The only reason my old button didn't wanna work is cuz I fux'd it.. didn't wanna stay locked in place when u pressed it down.. this little spring flew out.. couldn't find it for the life of me.. lol

Btw, I'll look in book for a fuse..

Screw those rice knobs man!! go back to OEM.. find a wrecked SR5 with OD and take the shifter... that's probably why it won't go on.

No.. it doesn't work with the OE knob either.. like if I held it down or something it doesn't work.. I tried man..

I was looking in the book it talks of 2 O/D things.. one in the cabin and one on the tranny.. I forget what they were.. but I'm gonna check them out.. I mean the light doesn't even work either.. I was noticing tonight it's really sensitive.. and blah blah so something electrical is probably wrong..
