Question Think what you will, wiper mods...

Just wondering how the heck he did this

Not that I'd go to any extent in doing such a mod, i've just got nothing to do for the two weeks.

Oh and I think it one wiper wiping the whole windshield, if not he went thru alot of trouble just to fool me.

take off the driver side wiper, unscrew the passenger side, move it to block your windshield like that, and put the nut back on, takes about 30 seconds

makes sense... I cant remember which highend car it was, but the single wiper would actually bob vertically to get the far corners of the windshield, looked pretty 'flashy'.

I think you can get actual wiper motors that do the whole windshield.. for like a 1 wiper blade setup.. that kind of shit around here is illegal.. why? because like it was said.. it doesn't do jack shit..

Mercedes Benz had it on their previous generation c-class (i don't know if it's on the current c class) and I think it was on their e-class for a generation as well.

Basically on most cars it's a show item.. so it's only on show cars.. it does look nifty.. specially if it does go all the way down and actually moves fast enough for heavy percipitation.

MRQ, I gotta ask you.. what is that big round thing on the back left of that MR2 in your avatar? (i assume that is your ride and that is some type of air intake for the turbo??)

In the sig, you mean? That's his periscope. His mr2 is submersible.

I always assumed it was some kind of ram air thing.

My brother got a ticket for having his wiper like that, apparently it's considered "blocking the vision" and he got a ticke for "Improper position of Wiper" $110 here in Toronto, so watch out guys

Lamborghinis and some Ferraris had it too I think... it's lame IMO if the wiper doesn't hide away.
