echo is a 4x100 and the '97 rolla is a 4x100 both have a 54mm bore

and i think you ment 4x4.5 not 5.5

4.5" = 114.3mm so both isnt' right
the conversion from inches to mm would be less than 4.5"
it would be in the neighbourhood of like 4.25" roughly
