i can't find where to put the power steering fluid in my 86 corolla. does someone here know? thanks in advance Raj

Maybe it doesn't have power steering.. some older cars didn't come with it.

is this for an ae86? if it is then the reservoir should be above the ps pump (driver side, near the front of the car). If there's nothing there, then you don't have ps.

what type of 86 corolla?

theres only one reservoir that has hose(s) going to your power steering pump (belt driven component attached to your engine), that bottle will be the psf reservoir

...and to find the PS pump look at the hoses connected to your steering rack, and see where they connect to, then just trace backwards from there and you'll find the bottle

AE86's had the option of power steering.. mine has it.. until i rip that crap out... hehe

A simple test to see if you do/dont have PS. Start your car, and turn the steering wheel. If it turns very easy and smooth, than you have PS. If it is hard to turn, and takes more than a few good pulls to move the tires... you dont have PS..

...make sure you do this when the car is NOT moving.
