Question AE92 INtake Tubing Vacuum Hose Purpose

Hey there I just replaced the stock air intake on my 1992 Corolla with a cold air intake and now theres a Vacuum Hose
that previously was conected to the intake tube before the throttle body that isnt connected to anything now.My question
is,what is the purpose of that hose, and where can i reconnect
it so it doesnt stay open like it is now?Ill apreciate a lot if you can help me there.

PCV hose? If so, just block it off by putting a bolt or somthing in it.

Like I said million times before, do not do that. You're gonna kill your oils or have them flying in the engine bay from the dipstick or some other hole.

pressure.. it will build in the block because it has no way to escape.. until it finds a new way.. Best thing to do is just put one of those little filters on it.. or run it right back into your new air intake or a catch-can would be even better..

Exclamation

This is the hose that is connected in the rubber intake tract
that lies beetween the air cleaner box and the throttle body.It
is connected to that tract from under it and leads to....well
someplace near the intake manifold.

It would probably be easier to say which engine the car has.. it's probably not a 4AGE. He didn't really post which AE92 he had, coupe, 4 door, etc.
