Outside Temperature Sensor Display

I just switch my stock Gauge Cluster of my corolla 2002 with one with Tac and Outside Tempeture display LCD,,,but know in the Outside Tempeture LCD I hame and error display,, -E ,, what it could be,,, do I have to buy the sensor...? ..Where I can find if I have it...?

Uh if you don't have a bloody sensor connected to the damn lcd that would explain your problem.. wouldn't it?

Yes, you have to buy the sensor at Toyota, its like $30.

You connect it infront of the rad. There is a black wire that runs from the top to the bottom of your rad.

No. I did not have any problem with the switch of the cluster ,, it works perfectly,, just the problem with the sensor...,, but I just bougth it,, and works fine.... I found the cluster with Tach at ebay..

I should correct myself.. temp sensors are usually 1 wire
