What's the first thing to modify to get more speed and acceleration or handling in terms of not crazy amounts of money being spent... as I'm still in College... Thanks!

When it comes to modifying cars you gotta pay to play.

I'd get springs and struts first.

I agree, go with springs there somewhat cheap and its a good mod.

I got my TEIN springs for about 140

yeah, defenetly modify the handling and braking. I'm gonna start doing that in March. Putting in strut bars, lowering springs and defenetly changing my brake system, completely. I am talking rotors, pads, callipers. Hopefully a Brambo brake system, since I push my rolla pretty hard.
Then gonna get a Remus exhaust, and maybe an Apexi intake.

No I haven't yet, but since now I am considering on modifying my ride I would gladly go
