What's your rolla run in the 1/4

Hello Everyone
I was just wondering what everyone is running?
What year, motor, modds? (Ae-86,92,101,111,Whatever)

I just went to the track last week and got a sh**ty 16.1 @ 85.8 mph
2.55 60'
91 AE-92 Prizm SDN w/ 170,000 mile low-comp 4ag, intake pod,Pacesetters 4 to 1 header,2 1/4 bo-bo crimp bend exhaust, magnaflow muffler, 205/60/R13 tires)
Track was way cold!!
I was spinning 2nd. to 6500 and chirping 3rd.
That never happens on the street's when I race.
Well, just wanted to share and see what others are running.

OK, let's put this in perspective.

16.1 isn't bad for a couple bolt-ons on a 112 hp factory engine, with a pile of miles on it. Considering an Integra GS-R in stock 175 HP trim only runs high 15's I wouldn't complain.

If you ask me your doing fine.

I haven't ran my car in the quarter, I might someday for fun, but thats not what driving an AE86 is all about to me anyways.

my buddy in oz runs low 12's on his street driven drifter 86....4agze complete with a turbo off of an rb20det and other goodies...not bad i say...not bad...

Last time I went to the drag races was at more than a couple of years ago. I probably didn't know what I was doing, and the car was in a bad state of tune.

Anyway, I ran a best time of 15.44@89.9 MPH at St. Thomas Dragway.

Keep in mind this was with a hole in the distributor cap the size of a quarter, and a leaky exhaust. I'm sure I could hit lower 15's or maybe get into the high 14's now. I wouldn't mind trying it again in the springtime.

When I first got the motor put in the car ran away with a low 15.2 or so. But there was no hood poop scoop, hot air, the wheels were misaligned, and there was no HKS pulley. I know that I can beat a 5.0L (automatic) without problems so I'm hoping for high 14's this year.

16.1 is not bad. That is faster than an SI sedan and is about as fast as an SI hatch. My integra RS with bolt ons will run about 15.8.

Well, thanks everyone!
I am kind of surprized at the lack of people racing them or wanting to post there times.
No one else running there AE's?

I think I can get a 15.9 or 16.0 out of it when the weather gets alittle warmer.
The one run where I actually got my 60 ft. down to 2.48 I missed 4th and still got a 16.2 at 83.2 mph.
That might have been a 16.0 run.
Normally I cross at 7500 in 3rd. but I seemed to come up on that speed much sooner on the track.
Just wish I didn't get elminated in the 2nd. round. :sad:
Can't wait till I put the High-comp block on.
Just waiting for this low-comp to blow!!

i've never dragged raced my ae86, and i don't htink i ever will..

i don't think it makes a very good drag racer.. it only has 112 hp.. and no torque..

well when i went to the track last season my best run was 17.3 in the 4door, 5sfe camry. very slow but oh well. i like doin it for fun. you get such a rush when your n the track )

Where do you usually go to drag? St. Thomas?? I think it would be fun to do once for sh**s and giggles, but I realize its not a drag car.

Well, I am located in Southern VA so I go to either VMP, or Richmond Drag way.
But, I think these are a little far from where most of you guys/girls (if there's any girls even here)live.
