Hi guys!

Know where I could find an 02 sensor for a hi-comp 4ag (ae92)? I heard it was dealer only and the price is 289$. Any aftermarket options? It's a standard heated 4 wire sensor.

the four wire from bosch is around $400. Just when you thought TRD was the king of mark-up. Yeah, you can just use the two wire. THe four wire will give a slightly better reading than the two wire as it is better insulated from the stank ass heat of the engine, but to be honest, the two wire seems good enough.

from another source

"Most 4 wire O2 sensors have a black wire, a gray wire, and 2 white wires.

The black wire goes to the ECU in place of the original O2 sensor single wire.

The gray wire goes to ECU ground. A good place would be where all the ECU
grounds connect to the intake manifold.

The two white wires are the heater. One needs a good power ground. Engine
block or body is fine, but not with the sensor grounds. The other needs a
power source when the key is in run. Power to the igniter should be good.
This can draw 7 amps when the sensor is cold, so make sure you use wire good
enough for that. Once fully heated, the current drops to under an amp, so it
won't put much stress on the system. The white wires are interchangeable
since the heater is plain resistance, it does not care about polarity.

Gary M."
