gas/air/torch... to rich or to lean?

Well.. I'm just about done with my little slut of a car

My question is, when I put my torch up to the carb on cylinder 4 (MAPP gas and obviously I don't light the torch..) The engine starts to idle up.. like put the car in drive.. idle is low like 700.. but it's a solid 700.. and when I put the torch infront of that carb the car starts to pull (talking about in-gear idle, automatic)

I hear the engine idle up a bit.. but when I put the torch infront of either of the other 3 carbs.. nothing happens. Any idea on this? maybe just a vacuum leak on that runner? Maybe that carb is running to lean.. or too rich? All of the runners are connected together for vacuum.. SO I'd think if it was a vacuum leak.. something else would be going on.. but I go from a parked idle of like 1100 or 1200 or 1300 down to 700 in-drive idle every time.. so it leads me to think there is a vacuum leak possibly.. but what do you guys think?
