to make things more clear

it seems i have a problem with grounds or power or something... this was a running engine and now i cant get it to turn over, spark or anything. but the fuelpump has power..

makes no sence to me at all

do you have power to turn on your head lights and radio etc?
or there is just no power at all?

make sure you have all your grounds connected to the engine block..

So did you also changed the ECU for the 4AGE?

-also check the Distributor, WIre, Ignition coil.

once i took the dizzy out, and wheni plugged in, it didn't start either, but noticed that i forgot to keep the #1 cylinder at Power position (not TDC).

look for simple stuff. had a friend who had his #1 spark plug damaged. luckily, 4AGE engine can start with out #1 cyl sparking.
