What would a Toyota AE86 Trueno cost these days? Also, where would I have to import it from and all that good stuff? Thanks.

real deal trueno's were (i believe) only available in japan

if you're from canada like most people here, ae86's were available here, but they were called corolla gt-s, from 1985-1987 model year (there are minor differences between n. american spec ae86's and japan spec ones)

prices can vary from a few hundred dollars to $5000 depending on condition and who's buying/selling

Ahh yes, I'm from America. I was planning on importing it, obviously. And thanks for the info. But I really need to see the price range for an imported one ~_^.

why do you watn to import one? just get a corolla gt-s ..

and if you relaly want the "trueno" look, spend another $1000 or so on the bumpers, $300 on the taillights and other things like badges etc and you'll pretty much have one, minus the RHD..

i think trueno's sell in japan for just about as much as they do in the US, plus you'll have ot ship it over and ahve all those importing headaches.. is it even legal to drive a RHD car on the streets where you're from?
