Has anyone ever had a Air Flow Meter go on their car? $205.70 part from the dealer not nice.

What car, I have an extra one for a 2003 & up rolla....

yeah its right after the air filter.......you can probably see it depending on the year of the corolla.......supposedly its just a piece of wire that measures the air coming in, which in turn is changed into a electriacal signal to the ECM, so that it knows how to mix the air/fuel so that you can get the best economy, performance from you engine.

I got it for 152.59 + tax= 161.75 not that bad other T-dealer asked for 192.98(this dealer always more expensive than the other)

Air FLow

Yes, I had that replaced-my car was not starting properly and a light came on which FINALLY convinced hte guys at the dealership that my 2001 REALLY did have a problem.

I have an extended warranty so Toyota picked up the cost.
