Stuck power window

Last night my fiance opened the passenger side window about 1/4 down then when she tried to close it, the window did not respond (neither up or down). I tied to open and close her window from the drivers side but it did not work. The other windows worked fine.

After a few minutes later it was back to normal and it could finally be closed. After that it kept working fine.

This happen once when I first got the car 5 months ago but it never happened again.

Has anyone had this problem before. Is it a know issue?
I would hate if it was the motor.

Naw, it's most likely that there was a temporary short due to some moisture inside the door.

My passanger side switch only rolls the window up, not down, and the driver's side switch still works both ways, the switches are usually faulty not the motor.

Maybe but why wouldn’t it be too much coincidence if it affected the switches for the same window and get fixed miraculous at the same time

Well if it was moisture shorting out the power then it would have been on the wires to the motor itself.
