1992 Corolla DX Four Door Dome Light

I wanted to see if anyone has any tips on making the dome light brighter.

Put in a bulb with a higher wattage...

or try Xenon.

hmm... I have a feeling I know why you are here Chris. You lurk around and give answers to really stupid questions and sometimes even bite your tounge when wanting to ask "what are you stupid, or something!"

Yeah.... higher wattage bulb.... I really think that my 6 yr old son could have told me that.... sorry for wasting disk space on this thread. LOL

That other newer thread about the domelight was useful though... about the switch going bad at the door, because the same thing is wrong with mine... I will get that fixed now too.

If you are having some disfunction with your dome light you should have stated so.

From your post I can only assume that your light functions fine but you want it to be brighter. The best way to do that is to use a different bulb. Some people don't know this. I don't care how simple a question is, I am the Corolla forum moderator and I am here to help in any way I can.

I have no idea what you want at this point.

If you want a good answer you have to be very specific.

Chris... I am sorry for the misunderstanding. I appreciate your help... I was just commenting on my realization of how stupid my question was and how you pointed out the obvious. You have completely answered my question, and I appreciate it very much. I will be going with a high wattage bulb. I know that you are the moderator and that was what I ment by saying that you have to monitor noob's like me asking dumb questions... LOL
