Lens removal?

Anyone of you ever removed the lens of a AE92 light? just wondering how you get that darn thing off.

bake in in the oven, prob at 300 or so deg
but watch it the whole time,and as it gets warm the glue should seperate

I only had the cover, I dont have a sealed beam headlight, those are H4's. So you just remove the glass, then whack the reflector out wiht a hammer.
