I run mine with Redline MTL, the best thing around. Expensive but worth every penny.

Go with either Redline MTL or MT-90, I used the MT-90 myself in both my MR2 SC's and in my AE86 gearboxes. Tried using Amsoil 75W-90 in my first AE86 and it started to grind when shifting quickly from 2-3, so using Amsoil can sometimes be too slippery for the syncromesh to engage properly.

ok I guess REDLINE it is. My friend owns a Stereo/Performance shop here in town, he deals mostly with Honda but he carries redline. Thanks for the help guys.
