Unhappy another day another problem

i was replacing my dash with a good uncracked one and was almost done. I was installing the radio and for got the antenna so i had to take some stuff off and plug it in, the next thing i knew it stopped working(the radio), the wires to the plugs are sticking half way out because the previous owner is a retard but it i replaced the radio fuse and it worked again. but now my blinkers dont want to work, i double checked all the fuses and they all look good. could i have burn out a relay or something? how could i tell?

they worked before i reallized i hadnt plugged in the antenna. any suggestions?

Seems to me that you have knocked something loose? What I definately do not know. One thing though... I don't quite understand what the situation is regarding the retard you speak of.... give me details of the previous owner's radio install work? Do you mean to say that he did not secure the plugs completely into the back of the radio? They were not snapped in place all the way? Do this situation have anything to do with the situation at hand? You stated that you purchased a new dash bezel to replace your existing cracked on.... and in the process of installing it you realized that you forgot to plug your antenna back in the rear of the stereo... so you had to pull the bezel off again and pull the stereo out partically again and plug the antenna back in... bla bla bla.... got everything back together and then noticed that the blinkers don't work..... blinkers on your instrument cluster? or the ACTUAL blinkers on the car? Do you feel that the previous work done on the stereo by the retard is related to the problem you are having? If not then why mention it? If what he did was stupid.... but totally unrelated to the problem that you are having, then give more details about what you did, how you did it, what is working, what isn't working, etc.... reply back with more details about it.... I will be more than happy to help you, but again... I really need more details about the situation....

I will keep an eye out for your reply.

here is what they did for some reason, i cut them off after this BS happened, the good news is i got my blinkers working again but now my dome light/radio/clock turn off everytime i turn the car off so that means clock and radio wont keep time. before they had the Blue wire w/ yellow strip spliced with the gray wire and both those wires switched around with the Front R+ wire and the Front L+ wire.

http://www.installdr.com/Harnesses/Toyota-Wiring.pdf

so what this all means is the radio/clock would stay on all time and the dome light would function prefectly. but now with the current set up my dome light/radio/clock turn off everytime i turn the car off and i have to have the car on to make them work. i would ideally like to make it so the clock stays on and the dome light works but the radio turns offf with the car. all this probably doesnt make any sense. :/
