No it doesn't you might get a better spark but unless you run a turbo or increase the engines power putting better sparkplugs wont give you any gain.

yes.... & the msd will also burn through the coil wire, the cap, and the rotor.... trust me, i've already fried a coil wire.... and i had a cap & rotor melt enough to render useless & the carbon button came out & was never found again....
