Talking If I only had a Heart!

A few weeks ago, my poor little corolla was sitting in my father-in-law-to-be's shed minus an engine happily whailing one of the Wizard of Oz's most famous songs..

Well I finally got the front-cut finished (still some minor electrical work to be done) and got back from my first (real) drive with its new heart (a 4A-GE VVT 20v Silvertop) and let me tell you i'm impressed. 140km/h at 6500 in 3rd aint a bad effort for a little hatch. Even better was at one stage i had the speedo sitting well past the 180km last notch Im now looking forward to taking on my friends Civic..

Will try to post some pics soon... although i'm sure most of you have seen a stock 4A-GE before..
