ae-86 strut bar Q's

ive been looking at some sites that sell front and rear strut tower bars for the AE-86...and was wondering if any knew if they would work in my AE-82 sedan....from what ive seen the two cars look fairly similar....width wise...i wonder if the strut placement is different in the ae-86 compaired to my car...

the ae86 rear struts are usually drilled into the back rear arches anyways. even if it does not fit perfectly, you can still drill a hole anywhere and put it on. the rears are pretty easy, infact you can make your own strut bar. just weld on a long bar to the arches.

different chassis codes means most chassis parts parts aren't interchangeable.

What you want is the FACTORY strut tower bar.

Ever hear of the FX-16/FX-16 GT-S? Sold only in the states from 87-88.

Look into it.

(same chassis as your car...AE82)

P.S. the sideskirts are direct bolt ons too
