Too much gas.
The black smoke is a giveaway...

But pulling from my experience with tuning the carb jet on the scooter...too much gas, the things starts bogging down.

Tune down the gas a bit and your problem should go away.

your ECU has gone into "closed-loop" mode, which is basically, there's a problem so the ECU tells the fuel system to go into limp mode and therefore dumps as much fuel as it can into your cylinders to make sure you never run lean and blow the motor.

Sounds like either an electrical problem like the wires going to your oxygen sensor to your ECU has fried, or your oxygen sensor is actually fried, or ECU, or it can be any number of sensors.

Tell FatRedCircle (Peter) to give you an ECU, an AFM and borrow a Oxygen sensor....change one thing at a time and from there, you'll be able to diagnose.

If the problem still exists, it might be any number of things, but try those first.
