i think the 88-89 had 90 hp and the 90-91 had 101 hp

i'm guessing he means AE92, but don't any corolla SR5's have the 4afe, and hp is rather close across the board, around the 90's.


EDIT, just read his other post, and he has an 89 AE92, with a 4afe, so whatever hp figure was quoted above, i think it wa slike 90

ok.... if you weren't to read that post... then knowing what year it is is VERY important... before the ae86 gt-s.... all of the "sport" corollas that were RWD and 5 speeds were deemed an SR5.... not gt-s....

an ae86 sr5 has a 4a-c..... an ae92 sr5 (88-89) has a 4a-f.... an ae92 sr5 (90-91) has a 4a-fe.... all different setups
