Plastic on the rad facing the engine. Not like the oil drain plug at all. Its got a tab so you can turn it by hand. It got black paint on it. It may look white. Usually its on passanger side.

hmm... well i checked that out already. towards the bottom, there is a 'plastic' looking nozzle i guess but it wont turn. basically where you describe it to be. it does have a little tap on it but its against the radiator to where you cant turn it

The plug will have a rubber hose blow it, kinda of, or a short tap for a rubber hose to go on. Usually its tight, you may need a clamp/wrench to hold the tab and turn it.
