What is Keiichi doing in front of Takumi's AE86?

Can somebody tell me what exactly this is? It says CD drama at the top? What is this? Found it on Keiichi's website, so it must be new..

My Japanese sucks, all I can think of it's a CD contains his voice, engine and exhaust noise. :razz:

As far as I can tell, the words directly stuck to his crotch say "Dorikin" probably meaning "Drift King" and beneath it, the kanji looks like it means "Young" or "Youthful" and the rest looks like "gurafuteii" which seems to be "gravity"

I don't think it's anything more than a little fun with Photoshop ...
