I'm pretty sure he means body roll..... like when you turn a container with a liquid in it sideways and the liquid (car) stays level while the container (you) is twisted.....

it will help a little but you will need lowering springs or struts to really feel the difference. The biggest difference will come with the addition of sway bars

I just got mine. Man does it help! Normally you would feel the car set into one side when turning hard.... It no longer does that. It holds strong and has less tilt. It helps majory with body roll.
It helps a lot. Even on stock Suspension. An obvious difference. It's worth the $100 you pay for one.
When you buy a strut bar, make sure it is a legit one. There are a bunch out there that are just cheap GM productions. They don't work for shit.

my car is corolla AE 92 4-door sedan, which DID NOT have an front swaybar or even a rear sway bar. I first found a rear swaybar and it makes the tail less sluggish in cornering.
I waited for two months for the front swaybar, and as expected, it makes a big difference.
Then I mounted a front strut bar. It makes a difference that I can feel for sure. I don't think it reduces body roll in cornering. In cornering, however, I do feel a clearer response from the steering wheel.
The body flex slightly affects the alignment settings in cornering, though temporarily. And this may gives you a brief fuzzy feeling in cornering. The strut bar helps reduce the body flex in the front part of the car, and it thus reduces these changes in alignment setting.

Most sedans I've seen have the rear sway bar. But having no front swaybar isnt that bad really, thats the classical way to get your FWD to oversteer is, to put a really stiff one in the back and remove the front one.
^ True, and if you have a front bar too you want the rear one to be bigger/stiffer so the car will handle more neutral.

Nah, no mental.
Normally when you take an off ramp, you feel the car set into the outside. With the strut bar, it no longer sets in. It holds strong and keeps both sides more firmly on the ground.
Keep in mind, we have different cars. And maybe you got stuck with one of the cheap GM ones. Those don't do shit.
But I have been testing mine out for the last week straight. Off-ramps I could previously only take at 65mph, I was now taking at 80mph. It helps a great deal. Trust me, I have one too
