windows won't go down

hi, i have a problem with my car in that the power window won't go up and the power door locks don't work! i think i may have done something because the passenger switch is broken so i soldered the piece and i put it in and use the switch on the driver side to put it down but when i put it in i got it on the wrong pins and it sparked, and now my windows won't go down. if anyone knows why please help! and i checked the fuses and didn't see any bad ones...

found the problem. the circuit breaker needed to be reset above the fuse box

good deal. that coulda been pretty gnarly. if there wasn't a breaker there.
