If i'm not mistaken they have 55/65W H3's, but either check your owners manual, or failing that... pull them out and have a looksie.

If you do alot of country/night driving, i reccomend putting 100/130W bulbs in there, however you need to remember to turn your high-beams off when stopped as they are quite a bit hotter than the 55/65's and have a habit of burning out if sitting for a while.

Be a little more specific. Headlights, taillights, turn signals, interior lights, what?

H3 is a single filament 55W bulb. Your Seca uses an H4 55/60W stock, same as tubrospool's (A+ for spelling, btw!). Generally, high wattage bulbs should not be used with stock wiring, as it is not capable of supporting such loads without overheating and melting. You also run the risk of warping or even melting your headlight housing.
