Plug Wires For AE101

Can anyone tell me where to find either aftermarket or stock spark plug wires for the Silvertop or Blacktop engines?

I am also looking for a lead on a distributer cap and rotor.

If anyone has a lead on this stuff please post it!

Thanks

I got mine from the Local Auto One Store... they just ordered them in for me... You should be able to go to you local and get some ordered in. Failing that, if you know the model number (eg. an AE101 GT-Apex w/Silvertop is E-AE101-ACMZF) You can go to your Toyota dealer and they will order it for you.

thespud, keep in mind that he's in Canada, and we didn't get the silvertop over here. Although I do agree with you on going to the Toyota dealership.

While that may be true, they did get imported eventually, right? So there is some support for it.

There's also the fact that Toyota is really bad about getting parts for vehicles that weren't sold in Canada. They actually put something into the parts system that makes it so you can't order Japanese bumpers over here.

Hey guys!

I will check out the dealership, but I know it will be next to impossible to get any help from a Canadian dealer.

Would you know of a company that makes a good aftermarket set?

plug wires for a 90's 4 cyl toyota truck are almost identical.... working at a parts store i realized one day when someone was asking for them (and checking them before giving them to the customer) that they used the same clip on the top of the cap..... only problem is that it's like so many of toyota designs where there's an internal coil..... but they use the same mini plug and clip on the top
