Ok... a few questions...
1. Is it for 3 seconds when it starts? If so, this is just the standard checks of the ABS system.
2. Is it when traveling at less than 5km/h and applying the brakes? If so, one of the sensors on the wheels is malfunctioning, as these are checks of the ABS system. You will notice it makes odd noises when doing this.
3. Is it constantly? If this is the case, there is a few options. It could be that you dont have enough brake fluid in the system, that one of the rotor sensors is malfunctioning, the acceleration/deceleration sensor is malfunctioning or in worst case the BCM is playing up, or not working.
The location of the BCM should be above the A/C unit inside the car, and the Acceleration/deceleration sensor can be found under the centre console between the seats.
*edit* it could also be that one of the pads/shoes is worn. This has a habit of causing the brake/ABS light to come on
