Does anyone else have a Striped GTS?? I was just wondering what options were available I missed out on. My car doesn't have power anything. No sunroof, no air.
Here are the options your car come with 88CorollaGTS, and this is straight from the Manual..
-Power Sunroof
-Power Windows
-Power Door locks with key lockout protection
-Compact Disk player
-Tinted Glass
-Dual remote controlled outside mirrors(Power and colour-keyed)
-Air conditioning
-Floor mats
-Cruise Control
And obviously Automatic transmission (Which I don't think you want)...

YAHOO!!!! I got cruise control. Thats the only thing my GTS has
You forgot to list tilt steering as an option. My SR5 has that. I also have power mirrors and A/C. Also a cassette player. I don't know if that was considered the "premium" sound system or not, but I'm gonna rip that out and put in a cd soon anyway.
never mind. I see you listed a cd player as an option.

yeah... in my sr5 i have the moonroof (basically a sunroof, but not glass  )... i have the power mirrors/steering, i don't have the basic seats that the corolla dx came with, tilt steering wheel (came w/ the DD cassette player... but replaced it w/ a cd player)... but i don't have any power windows or locks

actually i have a panasonic df800U (47x4 mosfet, 3 sets of pre-outs all gold, 4V pre-outs, subwoofer pre-out control- volume and hz, remote, aux input, center channel output, 3-d sound output w/ center channel, cd changer controls, plus more) it was last years model... the one right below the DVD player (msrp was $400 US) and then i bought the toyota dashkit (just a little cup that goes in the dash and fits right above the stereo, and the stereo and kit both mount to the factory mounting plates that slide into the dash) so it actually looks good.... there's a couple interior pics on corolla-racing on my page of picturs and i think you can see the deck that's installed....

The options that I listed were the opitional ones,
Things like Tilt steering, Tape Deck, and front speakers are standard on these cars. The difference in between the GTS and SR5 in soundwise is that the GTS comes with rear speaker and the SR5 doesn't. But The SR5 comes precut to take a 5" speaker in the back.
If your SR5 has a Sunroof then consider yourself lucky, cause the first owner that bought it from the dealership paid extra money to have the sunroof on his/her car.
A/C is another option that not many SR5's come with, because usually it's older people that buy Automatic cars with A/C you don't often see a base Model car with A/C..

actually my sr5 came with rear speakers also (and the goofy sized factory mounting grilles and raised plates)....that made it a real PAIN getting an aftermarket speaker....had to have (simple) custom work done to get them in...

My car also came with rear speakers. It has the factory Toyota speaker grills. They told me at cartoys that I couldn't put 6x9's back there because of the trunk torsion springs. I just got some alpine 4" things and put them back there. I also have a powered bazooka tube in the trunk. It sounds pretty good.
yeah, i had my infinity 4" speakers in the back running off of an amp.... but i put those in the front and then swapped the back totally for a new bracket and speaker.... i have 5.25" boston rx57 (closest thing to components w/o having components) running off an alpine flex 2 amp, sounds awesome...

kileak I have 6x9" in the back of my SR5, I'll post pictures on for you.. You can install 6x9" without using raisers and without hitting the trunk bars. I already have them on. And trust me, the make a huge difference in sound...
