engine swap question

this is probably off the wall..but would a 4 cylinder 2.2 out of a 93 camry fit in my 89 rolla ?????

oh..i guess all the motor mounts would need to be changed...dam..what would have more power that would go in to my rolla easily...?

4A-GE 20V would be ok, they are relatively new. If you want to be crazy, get a blacktop, high revving engine, with slightly more power than the silvertop, should be alot easier than a 5S-FE.

4A-GE
4A-GZE - Supercharged
7A-FE - 1.8L
Or turbo your 4A-FE.
My friend at CorollaCustomZ had a 5S-GTE in the Corolla, lots of work and lots of fun
All the above will need ECU and wiring harness.

Thats because they were never native to the USA. Japan/RHD countries only got them.
