Hey guys, does anyone know how exactly to stop the door buzzing? You know when the keys are in and the door is open, i wish it was a ping, it's that bloody buzzing that is getting annoying!!.. anyone have a clue.

but seriously, i can only say to maybe disconnect the switch in the door jamb, but then youre dome light will only come on when you switch it on manually. maybe get a shop manual and find where the door buzzer is located (center console maybe?) and disconnect it.

You can get to the buzzer without removing anything. On RHD cars, it's behind the HVAC panel. Just reach behind, and unplug it.

mine went bad before i got it and was more of a buzz changing tones 100 times per second so it had to go, my toy's very first mod!

anyways, take off the FR speaker cover, from there you'll see how to take off the glove box, once thats out of the way, reach up and grab a little black box with too many wires going to it (one harness), just disconnect and wala.
