THEY ARE DIAMOND CUT ANGEL EYES, EXTRA SHARP AND BRIGHT (NO MATTER WHAT WATTAGE BULB)

FLIP UP HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THEM

I always thought angel eyes were the glowing rings around headlights on beemers etc.
