You're right, they can .
Toyota Supra, Toyota Chaser, Toyota Altezza, Toyota, Toyota Soarer, Toyota Cresta, etc. They all have way over 200hp on the top of the line models.

I don't know how much makes it to the wheels, but at the crank the Camry, Solara, Sienna, ES330, etc... all have over 200hp.
