my 93 corolla needs some umph

i have a 93 corolla and i want to make it quick, does any one have any ideas. another question is can i take a 93 supra engine and drop it in or how about a 93 MR2 engine. does anyone also know where i can get a catback system, turbos, short shifter, intake, the whole works for my corolla. its the 1.6liter. its gott 55k mi and i really don't want to sell it b/c i can't beef it up

a reasonable swap would be the 4age blacktop. that's rated at 170hp and has 6 speed tranny. that's fast enuf for my blood!

dont turbo the 1.6, u'll have shit throttle response and dick all for low end. i sat in enough small displacement turbo cars and driven them...be it aftermarket turbos or it came factory with turbos, it sucks shit.
