are full coilovers needed?

I know you can buy adjustable coil over sleeves then you can buy the fully adjustable coilover suspension with the strut and everything but thats very expensive!

am I gonna damage my car if I buy a nice set of just adjustable coilvers?

Get the one with the strut. Those sleeved coilovers are crap if you put them onto a shock that wont tolerate the dynamics of a coil-over, they are actually quite different from a "normal spring". Most shocks wont handle the dramatic lowering.

yeah my buddy was just telling me to buy the full set with struts cause my car wont tolerate the drop.
