Quick question.
I went to dvnlt And they said I had a small leak in my water pump. Its strange cause my car is a 2000, it shouldn't crack that fast right? how do u think this happened. Having bad luck wit this car. Luckly its still under warannty

Hi Damian,

Nice to meet you. I haven't talked to you before, I don't think.

But that's odd to see so much problems with a new car. Hmm, I'm no good with this kind of stuff, but I'm guessing even IF you did drive the car really hard, it's NEW and Corollas are suppose to be reliable cars!?

The waterpump on my friends x-AE86 went bye-bye after he took it to Shannonville and beat the hell out of the car for 3 long hours. I'm guessing you didn't do that heh?

Where is the leak comming from on the waterpump? Maybe its a defective one and see if you can get it replaced under warrenty or something

Being a warranty clerk myself, I've seen dozens of leaking water pumps on just about every new Toyota being produced right now. I don't know why their leaking, but the technicians are loving the easy money.

Just take your car back to any Toyota dealership and they'll replace it at no charge.

Hey Migs which year and model that has the most recent problems with the waterpump. Is there going to be a possible recall??? Yeah and I'm going back to the dealership for this, jus to many problems for this rolla(2000)
