[98RACE]

Should I be able to see the secondary in the carb open all the way when revving the car in neutral or does it have to be under more of a load like driving?

I ask this because the secondary is only opening about 1/4".

if its vacuum operated, it might not open until you have sufficient vacuum buildup, if thats the case it might not open much while in neutral.... then again, I never really concentrated on modifying the stock carb.
