Do you want it for looks or for racing??

We have to put one in our Ice racer and we are going to copy the one in our all-trac it looks like this.

This is a roll-bar not a cage

What is a rollbar?

I want it for harsh street use, i've had a number of car accidents, and 2 of'em involved flipping after mech. failure, so i would like a rollcage... or rollbar if i know what it is.

roll cage: basically what it sounds like. Its a cage around the driver. There r different types cages like 6 point cage, 8 point cage, 12 point cage and so on. It will (should) protect from all angles. HEAVY (up to 300lbs)

roll bar: It will only protect you from a roll over. As you can see in the pic it wont help much if some one hits the door.
LIGHT (around 40lbs)

As for making them: We dont. We have a guy that make them for us.

Well, regarding cars, here everyone is nuts, filled with GTs and Glanzas.... BUT here Ford earns you way too much respect, even a Escort MK1 (which we are flooded with).

Anyway, opinions... i will get out of here as soon as i can.

Yeah, that is a decent car, never the less... i love toyota :P
But here, it ain't cossy only, just ford, that's it
FORD for me = Fucked Or Repaired Daily.
Nothing imo beats the banging a toyota engine can take.
