Question Mass FLow Sensor

Hey guys, I recently brought a K&N filter for my 2001 corolla, Check engine light came on, Took it to the dealer and it was the oil messing up the Mass Air FLow sensor, i'm wondering if it would happen again? I wiped down all the extra oil already. I'm just wondering if it would happen again...

Your best bet would be to ditch the K&N and go with a cold air intake or a short ram air intake!! If thats confusing to you then read my forum message called Air Filter Usage. The K&N air filters are good for one thing on newer cars........Clogging up your mass air flow sensor!!!

If you look above the air box for the filter, on the top cover connected with the rubber hose, there is an attached part to the hose. The sensor is right in there, Sorrie i dont have pics tho.
